Meditation & Relaxation

Thursday night Meditation Class 7pm to 8pm (monthly sessions) on the following dates;

Nov 30th, Dec 9th and14th.

These sessions cover breathing, focus and concentration techniques. They include relaxation and a seated Meditation. Suitable for anyone wanting calm the mind, release stress, and to further their meditation practice.
Cost is $20 or $18 concession. No pre-booking required.

This is an opportunity for you to pause, reflect upon 2017, and connect with an intention that you’d like to hold for 2018 – through the use of guided meditation and sound. Your intention will provide a gentle holding space for the year ahead – an anchor if you like.

A gentle yet powerful immersive experience–with the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, symphonic gong & gentle, grounding rhythms of percussion – held within a beautiful, earthy, nurturing space.

Primordial Sound Meditation Course

PSM is an authentic meditation technique

in 2 sessions. You will receive a personal 
sound mantra and learn how to use it.
