Thursday night Meditation Class 7pm to 8pm (monthly sessions) on the following dates;

Oct 11th, Nov 8th, Dec 6th

These sessions cover breathing, focus and concentration techniques. They include relaxation and a seated Meditation. Suitable for anyone wanting calm the mind, release stress, and to further their meditation practice.
Cost is

PSM is an authentic meditation technique 
developed by Deepak Chopra. It can be learned 
in 2 to 3 sessions. You will receive a personal 
sound mantra and learn how to use it.
Through PSM we can

Finding Balance - Home Practices to support your wellness
Saturday 15 September, 1:30 - 4:30pm

Learn practices to find balance and help regulate the nervous system. When we create an environment within the body/mind that supports balance and wellness, healing naturally takes place. 

The workshop will include -

* anguli mudra kriya* - to balance the nervous system
* adrenal healing kriya - to support adrenal fatigue due to ongoing stress
* Calming practices to find balance (for anxious mood)
* Uplifting practices to find balance (for low mood)
* A kriya is a set of practices with a specific outcome in mind.

Bookings are essential and no previous yoga experience is required.
